All studio hire bookings are managed through our online booking system. We offer two booking types to suit your needs:

Assisted Hire

Enjoy full use of the studio with the added reassurance of having a team member on hand throughout your booking.

✔ Perfect for first-time users, newcomers, or larger groups/productions
✔ Guidance with lighting, set-ups, and general support
✔ Peace of mind knowing help is available whenever you need it

Dry Hire

For those who prefer privacy and independence, Dry Hire gives you exclusive use of the studio with no staff on-site (we’re still contactable by phone if required).

✔ Available 8am–11pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
✔ Flexible times to suit your schedule
✔ Ideal for experienced photographers, content creators, or those bringing their own/limited equipment

Please note:

• Your booking time includes set-up and pack-down. If you require time for make-up, hair, or styling, please ensure this is factored into your booking.
• Exiting the studio late may result in an additional hourly charge. Extensions can be arranged subject to availability – please contact us if you’d like to add extra time, we will be more than happy to support you with this if possible.
• Cancellations made with over 24 hours’ notice can be transferred to another date (non-refundable). Same-day cancellations may not be refunded or transferred.

What’s Included

• One full-length backdrop of your choice (additional backdrops available at £10 per length; must be pre-booked at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability)
• Use of our studio wardrobe, props, and kitchen facilities
• Exclusive access to our styled sets and equipment

Studio Guidelines

• Models’ shoes must be masking taped when using backdrops and the infinity cove to avoid damage.
• Furniture, props, and lighting may be moved but must be returned to their original position at the end of your booking.
• Please leave the studio clean and tidy. Bins are provided; any excess rubbish must be taken away with you.
• Outside catering is welcome, but all food and rubbish must be cleared before leaving.

Accessibility & Facilities

• A service lift is available for loading equipment. If you require lift access for accessibility reasons (including wheelchair use), please select Assisted Hire so we can provide the necessary support.
• Bathroom facilities are communal and located on the 3rd floor of the mill.
